Levelling Up with Craft in Marbella

I had the privilege of joining the Craft Levelling Up Retreat, hosted by the queen of craft herself, Sarah Crawford, alongside the incredible support of Abbie. Together they curated five days that blended business, strategy, and self-care in the most beautiful setting imaginable.

Fifteen like-minded aesthetic practitioners came together in a luxury villa in Marbella, each of us with our own journeys, goals, and ambitions. The energy was inspiring. It was a space to share ideas, learn from one another, and step away from the daily routine to truly focus on growth.

The retreat was carefully designed to balance business strategy with mindfulness and fun. Each day was filled with insight, new perspectives, and practical tools to help elevate our practices. Sarah and Abbie worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was flawless, from the sessions themselves to the atmosphere of connection and creativity.

We were also treated to sessions from amazing guest speakers. Georgia White shared her expertise and vision with such generosity, and the phenomenal Rebecca Mac brought wisdom, inspiration, and practical advice that left us all motivated to push forward with confidence. Their contributions added another dimension to the retreat, making the experience even more powerful.

Of course, it wasn’t all work. Marbella offered the perfect backdrop for moments of joy and celebration. We dined at The Beach House, where conversation flowed as easily as the wine, and spent a sun-soaked day partying at Ocean Club in Puerto Banus. These moments of fun created bonds that will last long after the retreat, reminding us that levelling up in business is also about finding balance, laughter, and community.

What stood out most was the combination of luxury, learning, and connection. The retreat embodied everything Craft represents: excellence, empowerment, and authenticity. I came home not just with strategies for growth but with renewed energy, clarity, and friendships that will shape the next steps of my journey in aesthetics.
